Itinerary

Morning: Arrival and welcome to the Yarra Valley Motel, Lilydale.

Contact the motel on 03 9735 3000 or email stay@yarravalleymotel.com.au (don't try to book online!) to book your room. Make sure you identify yourself as a guest of Aus300zx and ZedFest. 

Evening: Dinner in the Bistro at the Crown Hotel Lilydale, 273 Main Street, Lilydale, from 6:30. The Crown is a 7 minute walk from the Yarra Valley Motel, and there is ample parking on Main Street, or in the rear carpark accessible via Market St. Our reservation is under "AUS300zx".

Morning: Show and Shine at Bellbird Park Carpark, 435 Swansea Rd, Lilydale (entry via Akarana Rd). Take care travelling to the Show and Shine as speed limints on Swansea Rd change rapidly and are enforced. 

Arrive at the Show and Shine between 8am & 9am to setup. Judging will take place from 11:00am. Lunch will be at midday.

A pizza lunch at will be provided at $10/head. 

Afternoon: Free time.

Morning: Cruise to Black Spur Inn, 436 Maroondah Highway, Narbethong, via Lake Mountain Alpine Resort. Route details at https://maps.app.goo.gl/FJifTKqJs1tgSBeNA UHF/CB radios please use channel 12 for the cruise.

Be ready to leave at 9:30am from Lilydale McDonalds, 356-406 Main St, Lilydale. Lunch will be from 13:00pm at Black Spur Inn. Our table is booked under "AUS300zx".

Evening: Presentation and awards at Im Oon Thai, 133-139 Main Streeet, Lilydale. The booking is under "AUS300ZX". Arrive from 6:30pm.
